PAYMENT, RETURNS, & REFUNDS
What payment methods do you support?
We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
What is the policy on returns?
We have a 14-day return policy. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss any refund. You are responsible for shipping charges on returns, and we strongly recommend getting tracking on any package you return. Please note that some returns/refunds — such as damaged products — may require photographic proof before a refund is processed. For more information on returns, please see our refund and return policy.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. We are only able to refund transactions that have fully processed. For transactions showing as pending you will need to contact your bank.
ISSUES WITH AN ORDER
Oh shucks, my item arrived and it’s damaged! What should I do?
Oh no! We’re sorry about that. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order #, a summary of the issue, and any relevant photos.
Uh, my order is missing an item/I got the wrong item. What happened?
Yikes! That’s not good; please email us at email@example.com, and we will figure out what happened! Please note that some large orders may be shipped in two packages. If this occurs, you should receive a separate email about each shipment.
STOCK & SALES
How often are items restocked?
Items are restocked as soon as we are able to. However many of the items on our store are custom made and have longer production timelines. Therefore, some high demand items, such as tri-color hoodies, may take longer. Please follow our Twitter and Instagram accounts for updates on restocks. Final sale items are generally being discounted and will not be restocked.
Do you have bulk discounts?
Please note that none of our items are available for re-sale. We do not offer bulk discounts on any items.
How often do you have sales?
We do not have a set schedule for sales. Sales are limited to special events and holidays. Please note that we do not price adjust for sale prices. Please follow our Twitter and Instagram accounts for updates on any and all sales we have.
PARTNERSHIPS & EVENTS
Will you all sponsor my stream? Will you guys send me free merch in return for wearing it on stream/Instagram/Twitter/etc.? Promo4Promo?
Thank you for your interest, but we are not currently looking for any partnerships or influencers.
What events do you all attend? Would you like to have a booth at our event? Will you go to this event?
